Communication Policies

COMMUNICATION EXPECTATIONS: Due to the high demand for mental health services, clinicians are working with clients throughout the day. This means that they will not always have time to respond quickly to client messages through the client portal. Please allow at least two business days to receive a response from your provider. While we encourage communication, please try to limit communications to necessary information. Please understand that we may see thirty to forty clients each week which opens the potential for a large number of emails. Therefore, to set reasonable expectations and increase efficiency, communication that can wait to be addressed during the session will be responded to during the session instead.

 

  1. If you have schedule changes, please utilize the client portal.

  2. If you are experiencing a crisis please contact the crisis resources under the resources tab or call 911.

  3. If you are a therapy client with a question, we will discuss any questions during the therapy session.
